- Locate the name of the test and click on the number under the "Ordered" column. If there is a "0," no tests have been ordered.
- Enter the quantity of tests you wish to generate Tester IDs and click "Submit."
Upload Test Information—gives you the option of assigning a single test or a battery of tests to multiple takers at once.
Assigned column

and enter their Tester ID and your Administrator ID. - You will receive an e-mail once the test taker has completed his test.
Active column
Find out which test takers are currently taking a test.
Tests in the “Active” column are either active or have been reactivated. If active, the tester has activated the Tester ID and the test has begun. When the test is complete the results will be available under "Completed Tests." If reactivated, the tester began the test but did not complete it within the allotted 24 hours so it expired. The expired test was reactivated and is now waiting for the tester to complete it. When the tester logs in to complete the test, it will be displayed as "Active." For details on reactivating a test, see “Expired column” below.
You may reassign a reactivated test to another tester by checking the box next to the Tester ID and clicking the Reassign button. Then continue to assign the test to a new user as normal.
Completed column
View the results of completed tests.
- Locate the name of the test and click on the number under the "Completed" column. If there is a "0," no tests have been completed.
- After a test taker completes her test, it generally takes three minutes for the test to be scored online. The test is currently being scored if the Tester ID is not an active link.
- Locate the name of the test taker and click on her "Tester ID" to view the report.
- The reports are in PDF format and may be downloaded to your computer or printed out for review with the test taker.
Expired column
Review and reactivate any expired tests.
- Locate the name of the test and click on the number under the "Expired" column. If there is a "0," no tests have expired.
- Any expired Tester IDs will be listed here. This means that the tester activated the Tester ID but was unable to complete the test within the allotted 24 hours. You may reactivate any of these tests by checking the box next to the ID and clicking the "Reactivate" button.
- The test taker has another 24 hours to complete the test.
Product Catalog
You may view the product catalog by name or test batteries*. In addition to JIST's online assessment tests, we do offer one test from another publisher.
Click on the name of each test to learn more about the test, view a sample test report, and download the corresponding instructor's manual.
The test manuals and sample reports are in PDF format.
*Test batteries allow the Test Administrator to administer several different tests at one time to a test taker.
Creating a Test Battery

- Select the products to include in your battery by entering a number in the "Order" column. The tests will be administered in the order you indicate (i.e. the test you gave a 1 to will be given first). The battery price will be the sum of the individual products.
