Louise Kursmark, co-author of the Expert Resume series, is president and founder of Best Impression Career Services, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio. Best Impression is a company specializing in resumes and job search strategies for sales, marketing, and executive clients worldwide. She has been writing resumes and helping people find jobs since 1982.

Kursmark is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP), Job and Career Transition Coach (JCTC), and Credentialed Career Manager (CCM). She is a founding member of the Career Management Alliance, an Internet-based training and development organization for career professionals.

Every year across the country, Kursmark gives numerous presentations and workshops and serves on panels at conferences. In addition to being a speaker and lecturer, Kursmark is a featured columnist in the Resume Writers’ Digest and was a columnist for Spotlight, the monthly newsletter of the Professional Association of Resume Writers.
