Using Ackerman's book as a roadmap, I passed all tests and interviews with relative ease. The greatest value to the book is chapter 7, Standing Out From the Crowd, which is worth its weight in gold. Ackerman's first book also has a chapter by the same title, and this is what sets his federal law enforcement career guides apart from others. I'm sure I will not be the only New Agent Trainee at Quantico who read this book.
