Through the use of heart-felt interviews with real life job occupants, this program offers the viewer a "connection" between abilities, their development, and career fulfillment. The DVD shows how these individuals developed their abilities and took advantage of opportunities that helped them land their current job and created the foundation for future success in work and lifelong learning. It prepares viewers to consider the connections between their abilities, careers, and satisfaction. It also teaches viewers how to interpret their scores from the Ability Explorer assessment.
